- with a tenure bonus of $1200 paying out $300 per quarter.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for a position at Ryder, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Successfully pass a Ryder drug test.
- Clear a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
- Pass a DOT physical examination.
- Successfully complete a Ryder road test.
- Possess appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
- Have Class A verifiable experience in operating a tractor-trailer or similar vehicle:
- 9 months of experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years of experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years of experience within the last 10 years.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures.
