JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of all departmental operations, processes, and systems.
- Collaborate with members of the HR Team on various projects, including:
- Recruiting and Hiring: Support the College Recruiting team by organizing events and enhancing engagement initiatives for the summer internship program. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding: Aid in the onboarding process for new employees, including offering recommendations for enhancements.
- Retention Interview Process: Evaluate the existing process and propose strategies for standardization and improved analytics.
- HRIS Management: Assist in managing human resource information system (HRIS) records and generating reports.
- Undertake additional special projects as assigned.
