• As a Business Strategy intern at DXP, you will collaborate with the Digital Platforms Team (Operations & Planning) on various projects within the organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to DXP’s annual strategic objectives and operational model. You will gain hands-on experience in managing team workflows, defining processes, and acquiring valuable transferable skills. Additionally, you will gain insight into Plan of Record Execution and Capacity Planning, while also familiarizing yourself with DXP’s Digital Transformation goals and Comcast’s commitment to top-tier customer experiences.
• As the Xfinity Digital Operations & Planning Intern, you will develop a robust understanding of DXP’s strategy in support of achieving budgetary and long-term goals. Your responsibilities will include managing the intake process to ensure thorough understanding of all requests before they progress into the plan of record. You will also coordinate the Discovery process for all requests, ensuring clarity on the requester’s needs and aligning them with the appropriate DXP team. Moreover, you will oversee the coordination and management of the DXP operating model to ensure alignment among stakeholders and promote collaboration for enhanced outcomes.
• Furthermore, you will partner with Finance, HR, and Portfolio Management teams to ensure continuous alignment and connectivity. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including Eric Sweeney (VP, Platforms), Cheryl Stump (Executive Director, DXP Business Process Effectiveness), Emily Hamilton (Manager, Business Process Effectiveness), and Caroline Giangiordano (Analyst, Business Process Effectiveness).
