With ongoing expansion at WebstaurantStore (a Clark Associates, Inc. company), the IT department seeks bright and motivated entry-level IT professionals eager to develop and enhance their skills. We’re inviting candidates to join our newly established support team at our Lebanon, TN warehouse, collaborating closely with teams in PA, FL, and NV. This role isn’t typical; our support team is deeply involved in all aspects of IT infrastructure, offering opportunities for skill growth through diverse tasks, complex projects, and added responsibilities. Webstaurantstore IT Support Summer Internship 2024: Responsibilities
- Performing PC, hardware, and software setups and configurations.
- Addressing helpdesk calls and tickets promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating within the support team and across IT departments to resolve issues comprehensively.
- Thoroughly documenting issues, licensing, and equipment allocation.
- Participating in and occasionally leading projects to bolster IT infrastructure.
- Deploying new equipment for both new and current users.
- Monitoring existing systems and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve any issues promptly.

Candidates must be able to commute to our Lebanon, TN location. While weekend shifts may be required on a rotating basis, they are not mandatory at present. After an initial 60-day training period, remote work shifts become available.
