Flex Finance IT Systems Analyst Internship 2024: Job Description

• To bolster our exceptional teams dedicated to product development and organizational expansion, this summer, we seek to incorporate a Finance IT Systems Analyst Intern at our San Jose, CA site.
• Under the supervision of the IT Senior Director, the intern will collaborate closely with global Finance, Accounting, and Business Unit teams, addressing their system requirements related to financial solutions.

A common day’s overview:

• Collaborate with Finance and IT on crucial processes, including Month End Actuals for approximately 300 active legal entities from ERPs worldwide, 606 revenue recognition, 842 lease accounting, FOL Forecast, Capital Planning in Viking, People planning, and Cash Planning.
• Aid in IT Finance tasks, particularly in supporting SAP BPC and assisting the Finance team during the Financial Month End Close process.
• Participate in team meetings and provide assistance with project work as required.
